Qualification: MBA / PGDM – HR / MSW / Personnel Management or equivalent.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Manager – HR to manage HR operations at our Wire Harness Manufacturing Plant. The candidate should have strong exposure to shop-floor HR, blue-collar manpower management, recruitment, contract labour, employee relations, statutory compliance, and plant administration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Plant HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Handle blue-collar, white-collar and contract manpower.
Plan manpower deployment as per production requirements and manage absenteeism, attrition and overtime.
Manage recruitment, joining, induction and onboarding of plant employees.
Handle contract labour, contractors, attendance and manpower deployment.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages and factory requirements.
Manage employee grievances, discipline and employee relations.
Coordinate attendance, payroll inputs and HR MIS.
Maintain employee records, training records and skill matrix.
Coordinate plant administration including housekeeping, security, canteen, transportation and employee welfare.
Support 5S, Kaizen, TQM, safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and report daily/monthly HR parameters including manpower, attendance, absenteeism, overtime, attrition and recruitment status.
Work closely with Production, Quality, EHS and Plant Management to resolve manpower and employee-related issues.

Candidate Profile

3–5 years of relevant experience in Plant HR / Manufacturing HR.
Experience in Automotive / Auto Components / Wire Harness Manufacturing will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of blue-collar workforce and contract labour management.
Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination and HR MIS.
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Candidate should be comfortable working closely with shop-floor employees and plant management.
